I want to say a big thank you to the reception staff. They were very attentive to our requests and so kind. I will definitely recommend this hotel. This made my stay in Moldova much better.

I rented this room for a friend, refugee from the war in Ukraine. A big shout out to the staff of the hotel. You were so caring and helpful to her. I never can thank you enough for your good care. She travelled 48 hours to get to your hotel and she felt very safe from the moment she entered your hotel. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work.
